Each Aura healing/protecting spray is made with an essential oil blend, rose water which tones and refreshes the skin and includes Smokey Quartz, a natural form of quartz known for its healing properties.
Smokey Quartz: Calms fear, Lifts depression and negativity. it helps with balancing root and Manipura chakras .
In addition to the energetic healing properties, Smokey Quartz is an excellent grounding stone. It gently neutralizes negative vibrations and is detoxifying, protecting against radiation and electromagnetic smog. It brings emotional calmness, relieving stress and anxiety. Smokey Quartz aids concentration and assists in communication difficulties.
Rose water tones the skin while Lavender + Eucalyptus are known for their calming effects as well.
Directions: Spray on face or body as as needed throughout the day, can be used as a refresher on the face and body, before yoga/meditation practice or after, on bed or linen to refresh and uplift.
